enGenius Finalist in Government Customer Support Awards:
   

National – The enGenius Consulting Group, Inc. (enGenius) USGS Service Desk team has been chosen as a top three finalist for two of the Government Customer Support Excellence Awards. The awards recognize excellence in Government Help Desks, Call Centers and other customer portals which excel in Teamwork, Technical Excellence and/or Customer Focus. The award winners will be announced at the Government Customer Support Conference set for April 21st in Alexandria, Virginia.

In order to be nominated a company must have produced exemplary customer support and high customer and staff satisfaction in application of customer support technology, expertise related to the technology or service being supported, and effectiveness of the processes used to support customers.

“I am extremely proud of what the team has accomplished over the past four years in our mission to support the USGS,” says enGenius USGS Help Desk Project Manager Aaron Eve. “It is our belief that our greatest value can be measured by the satisfaction of every single person who contacts us for help. We’ve worked hard to build a Service Desk which places people as our utmost priority, and we continue to build and improve our processes and support technologies to allow us to truly be helpful.”
