Strategic Plan follows a comprehensive approach consisting of
three key traditional planning phases: Phase 1 – Present
State IT Assessment, Phase 2 – Desired State Formulation,
and Phase 3 – Gap Resolution Planning. The enGenius
methodology is distinguished by the use of the Architecture framework
model to map the outputs of all three phases of the planning
